1. Hull above copper sheeting taken back to bare wood.
  2. Problem areas of hull detailed in survey, cut out and new pieces scarfed in.
  3. Total hull re-paint 1996,1999,2004 and 2008.
  4. Decks re-caulked, caulking cotton and Sikaflex 290DC.
  5. Anchor chain re-positioned with new bow roller and sail locker hatch covered in teak. Anchor windlass stripped and overhauled (New Simpson-Lawrence cover l997 and new larger cover 2011).
  6. Treadmaster removed in front of dodger and new teak laid and epoxied in.
  7. Stanchions removed, replaced and re-sealed.
  8. All guard wires and fittings replaced 2009.
  9. All chain plate bolts removed, 10 new ½ inch SS A4 316, refitted with Sikaflex 291.
  10. Hull re-screwed using silicon bronze size 14x1 ½ and 14x 1 ¾ as the stripping out of the hull allowed.
  11. Bowsprit bolts removed, checked and re-sealed.
  12. Rudder removed. Stripped and repainted, new bearing fitted, refitted using new ½ inch silicon bronze bolts.
  13. All bolts for dodger removed, checked and resealed, new frame for part of dodger made. All Perspex renewed 2008.
  14. New boom gallows made from oak.
  15. Bilge pumps electric and manual serviced with all new piping and non-return valves, new bronze skin fitting for main bilge pump (new 2003). New Johnson bilge pump 2008. New float switch wired in with separate auto switch (2010).
  16. New echo sounder (autohelm) with bronze through hull transducer.
  17. Sea cocks for heads and galley serviced with all new piping and clips. New bronze ‘L’ bend for heads outlet.
  18. Rubbing strake fitted topsides to protect paint.
  19. All cleats removed, checked and resealed.
  20. All deck portholes resealed and new Perspex fitted.
  21. New tricolour/anchor light and wiring.
  22. New deck light and wiring (2008)
  23. All inside ceilings and panels removed to bare bulkheads.
  24. All soles burnt off, sanded and resealed.
  25. Bilges scrubbed and stringers painted.
  26. New bi-colour steaming light (June 2012).
  27. All bare wood in bilge and behind panels treated with wood preserver.
  28. New glazed tiles fitted around stove and sink, stove fitted onto fireproof panel, and stainless steel splash back fitted.
  29. Galley drawers stripped and sanded, two new drawers made and new drawer fitted under the cooker.
  30. Louvered doors fitted to 4 main cupboards.
  31. New ceilings made for galley and forecabin.
  32. New beech worktops and fiddles fitted in galley. New plate and cup rack.
  33. New double sink unit fitted in galley.
  34. New Taylor’s paraffin cooker plus all fittings.
  35. Old water tanks cut out and all pipes removed. New plastic Tek tanks fitted 2003 2x40gal under berths, gravity feed to 23 gal under the sole in bilge. New electric pump, takes water through new filter to new taps in galley and to new shower in heads. Reconditioned whale foot pump takes seawater from new seacock to new brass faucet.
  36. Old steel diesel tank removed, bilge cleaned and treated, stringers painted. New tank base and supports (greenheart and marine ply) fitted. New plastic 80 gal Tek tank (2003) fitted with all new pipework, new electric pump to new day tank fitted in cockpit locker. (Ne and bigger electric pump fitted 2010).
  37. Saloon. Stripped back to bare hull and bilge. Bare wood treated, re-screwed. New pitch pine (PP) panels, new berths (new water tanks) new PP finish to fittings. Hanging locker extended. Ceiling painted and new trim added. New main lights and bunk lights (Vetus). New radio, CD player with new speaker units fitted. New Standard Horizon GPS/chartplotter fitted (2009). New table made by cabinet maker (Morpeth 2007). All new bespoke upholstery.
  38. Forecabin. All stripped out, re-screwed, all stringers and inside of hull treated and painted. New berths and cupboards fitted including a new anchor locker and map drawer. New doors to sail locker, new main light and bunk lights. Original cupboards lined and shelves fitted to one. New ceilings and PP panels to walls. New cushions for Berth.
  39. Heads. All stripped out, re-screwed, new walls between galley and saloon fitted. New door fitted. New raised area for new Jabsco toilet with all new piping, fittings and anti siphon loops. New sink unit and cupboard. New tiled shower area. New hand pump to pump waste water to galley seacock. New lighting.
  40. Cockpit. Altered and rebuilt. New aft deck teak covered, new cockpit lockers, new seat locker lids, new engine hatch (covered in Treadmark). Cleats repositioned on new mahogany. 4 new cockpit drains and pipe work. 2 new waterproof speakers. New wind vane platform. New Contest 130 Compass fitted and wired onto new plinth. New diesel day tank fitted. New engine control panel, engine hour counter, echo sounder, speaker unit and wind speed fitted into panel.
  41. Electrics. All old wiring removed. All wiring (Ship standard) and fittings from Index Marine or EMS. Vetus, Aquasignal and Plastimo lights. 3 new Voyager batteries (1 engine and 2 house). 12 way switch fused panel, VHF splitter.
  42. Mast, 2008. All stripped, primed and painted. Radar reflector refitted and new wind speed anemnometer fitted. Rigging checked by Amble Boat Company. All new running rigging 2009. Topping lift new 2011.
  43. Yanmar 3 cylinder 40HP ? hours. Amble Boat Company fitted new engine bearers, installed engine and connected to prop shaft via 4 industrial belts, all new fittings including 4 bearings for shaft and layshaft, engine and gearbox control cables, morse engine control, Vetus waterlock, Vetus gooseneck, Vetus anti-siphon, Vetus water strainer, Vetus exhaust piping, SS skin fitting for exhaust, new bronze water inlet skin fitting and seacock, new diesel filter and water separator, new 16x12 propeller, new rope cutter, new cutlass bearing, new 80 gal diesel plastic Tek tank with all new pipes and fittings, new Tek diesel day tank, new remote brass stern greaser. Stern gland re-packed by Craigie Engineering 2009.
  44. Keel bolts – Monel – x rayed and all in excellent condition.
